At Rosey’s Wool, we take pride in providing high-quality products and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Defective or Damaged Items

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and assist you.

When contacting us, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items. If the same product is available, we will send a replacement after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the item is no longer available, we will work with you to provide a suitable replacement or store credit.

Return Shipping

If your item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, Rosey’s Wool will provide instructions for returning the product.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Because many of our products are specialty or limited items, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than defects. This includes a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, and normal wear or misuse.

Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
